OFFICIAL REGULATION OF THE CAMPAIGN 

"UNTOLD ORDERS QUEST" 
 

Article 1 – Organizers and Official Regulation of the Campaign 

1.1 The campaign "UNTOLD ORDERS QUEST" is organized and conducted by UNTOLD LIVE S.R.L., a  company with its registered office in Cluj-Napoca, Strada G-ral Eremia Grigorescu, no. 122A, Cluj  County, registered at the Trade Registry under no. J2025054909000, VAT ID: RO52210790. 1.2. The decision to conduct the Campaign in accordance with the rules of this Official Regulation  (hereinafter referred to as the "Official Regulation") is final and binding on Participants. 1.3. Participants in the Campaign are required to comply with the terms and conditions of this Official  Regulation of the Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Official Regulation"). 1.4. The Official Regulation is available free of charge to anyone interested at any time during the  Campaign, by accessing the website www.untold.com, and it will be communicated on the official  social media pages of the Organizer. 

1.5. The Organizer reserves the right to supplement and/or modify the Official Regulation, with the  supplementation and/or modification being made public in the manners provided for in Article 1,  paragraph (4). 
 

Article 2 – Legal Basis 

2.1. The Campaign is organized in accordance with the provisions of Government Ordinance no.  99/2000, regarding the marketing of products and services on the updated market and in accordance  with the relevant legislation. 
 

Article 3 – Territory and Duration of the Campaign 

3.1. The Campaign is organized and takes place starting from 17.06.2026, and ends on 28.06.2026  ("Campaign Period"). 

3.2. The Campaign will take place on the territory of Romania, through the website: www.untold.com,  and will be announced on the official Facebook and Instagram pages of the Organizer. 
 

Article 4 – Description of the Campaign 

4.1. Enrollment in the Campaign is free of charge for individuals who follow the instructions provided  in this Regulation, on the website, and on the Instagram and/or Facebook page. 4.2. Additionally, participants must agree to the terms and conditions of this Regulation. 
 

Article 5 – Right to Participate 

5.1. Only individuals who follow the instructions provided in this Regulation and communicated by  the Organizer may enroll in the Campaign. 

5.2. The Campaign is valid for individuals who have reached the age of 18. 

5.3. The following categories of persons cannot participate in the Campaign: 

a) employees of UNTOLD LIVE S.R.L; 

b) employees of any companies involved in carrying out any activities related to the organization and  conduct of the Campaign; 

c) relatives of the above-mentioned employees (i.e., children/parents, siblings, spouse) do not have  the right to participate in the Campaign. 

5.4. Registrations that do not comply with the above conditions and provisions of this Regulation will  not be considered and will be eliminated. 

5.5. Any error and/or omission regarding the personal data provided by the Participant to the  Organizer does not incur the responsibility of the latter, and the accuracy of the contact details  provided by the Participants is solely their responsibility.

5.6. Registrations transmitted under the following conditions will not be considered: a) If they are transmitted outside the registration period, as per Article 3 above; b) If they have been made through fraud attempts, or have been made in violation of any of the  conditions and terms of the Regulation; 

c) If they are not related to the nature and purpose of the Campaign, as detailed in this Regulation. 
 

Article 6 – Campaign Mechanism and Enrollment Method 

6.1. To participate in this Campaign, participants must follow the following mechanism: a) The participant must have the right to participate according to the provisions of Article 5 above. b) Follow the following steps: 

Step 1. The user accesses the dedicated page on the website www.untold.com. Step 2. The user completes their contact details. 

Step 3. The user completes the answers to the questions. 

Step 4. The user confirms that they are over 18 years old. 

Step 5. If the answer provided is correct, the user will select one of the following options: - Option 1: Participation in the prize draw to win a Day Ticket for the UNTOLD Festival 2026  Edition and the prize offered by the partner associated with the participation period; - Option 2: Receipt by email of a unique link granting a EUR 40 discount from the price displayed on the website at the time of purchase for a General Access pass to the UNTOLD Festival  2026 Edition. 

*If Option 2 is selected, the participant will receive, at the email address provided, a purchase link  valid for 24 hours from the time it is sent. After this period expires, the link can no longer be used. 

Important: Participants who choose Option 2 will not be entered into the prize draw for the prizes  available under Option 1. Each participant may choose only one of the two available options for each  correct answer submitted during a participation period. The choice made through the form is final  and cannot be changed afterwards. 

6.2. Based on the answers provided, a total of 600 (six hundred) winners will be selected through a  random draw conducted via Random.org, as follows: 

- 100 winners who correctly answer the KAUFLAND question during the period from June 17,  2026, 10:00 AM to June 18, 2026, 10:00 AM; 

- 100 winners who correctly answer the VISA question during the period from June 19, 2026,  10:00 AM to June 20, 2026, 10:00 AM; 

- 100 winners who correctly answer the BT question during the period from June 21, 2026,  10:00 AM to June 22, 2026, 10:00 AM; 

- 100 winners who correctly answer the ABSOLUT question during the period from June 23,  2026, 10:00 AM to June 24, 2026, 10:00 AM; 

- 100 winners who correctly answer the PEPSI question during the period from June 25, 2026,  10:00 AM to June 26, 2026, 10:00 AM; 

- 100 winners who correctly answer the MADRI question during the period from June 27,  2026, 10:00 AM to June 28, 2026, 10:00 AM. 
 

Article 7 – Prize and Awarding 

7.1. (1) The Organizer will select 600 (six hundred) winners through a random draw and will award  600 (six hundred) prizes consisting of: 

- 100 tickets for Festival Day 2 (Friday) for the winners who correctly answer the KAUFLAND  question;

- 100 tickets for Festival Day 3 (Saturday) for the winners who correctly answer the VISA  question; 

- 100 tickets for Festival Day 4 (Sunday) for the winners who correctly answer the BT question; - 100 tickets for Festival Day 4 (Sunday) for the winners who correctly answer the ABSOLUT  question; 

- 100 tickets for Festival Day 2 (Friday) for the winners who correctly answer the PEPSI  question; 

- 100 tickets for Festival Day 1 (Thursday) for the winners who correctly answer the MADRI  question. 

(2) Participants who correctly answer the partner-related question and choose Option 2 provided  under Article 6.1 will not participate in the random draw for the above prizes and will instead receive,  by email, a unique link granting a EUR 40 discount from the price displayed on the website at the time  of purchase of a General Access pass. The link is valid for 24 hours from the time it is sent. 

7.2. In addition to the prizes mentioned above, the Organizer’s partners offer additional prizes to the  winners selected through the random draw: 

- Kaufland offers 100 value vouchers that can be used for purchases at the Kaufland Pop-Up  Restaurant during the Festival. The vouchers can be collected from the Kaufland activation area. - BT offers a top-up of RON 50 to the festival wristband. Winners can claim this benefit  exclusively at the Help Desk area within the Festival. 

- Visa offers one drink (long drink) per winner from the campaign’s available selection at the  Retro Stage within the Festival. Winners must present themselves at the Festival Info Point, where,  upon presentation of their identity card, they will receive a voucher/card (proof of prize) that can be  used to collect the prize. 

- Pepsi offers 100 drinks at its dedicated activation area. Winners must present themselves at  the Pepsi activation area within the Festival, where, upon presentation of their identity card, they will  receive a voucher/card (proof of prize) that can be used to collect the prize. 

- Absolut offers one drink (long drink) per winner from the campaign’s available selection at  the Absolut activation area within the Festival. Winners must present their identity card at the  activation area to collect the prize. 

- Madri offers 100 beers at its dedicated activation area. Winners must present themselves at  the Madri activation area within the Festival, where, upon presentation of their identity card, they will  receive a voucher/card (proof of prize) that can be used to collect the prize. 

7.3. Participants will enter the raffle, which will be drawn on 07.07.2026, through the random.org  platform, and the screen recording will be recorded. 

7.4. The Organizer will publish the names of the winners on the company's official website. Only the  winners of the campaign will be announced; other participants will not be contacted. 7.5. The Organizer will contact the winners by email/phone to request the necessary information for  the prize transmission. 

7.6. The estimated value of the prizes is 30,000 EUR, a value to which a 100% discount applies to the  Organizer. 

7.8. No other prize can be exchanged or offered in this Campaign. 

7.9. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted for reasons not attributable to the Organizer or  is contacted but does not provide the requested details within 3 days in order to be able to send the  prize (respectively to send an e-mail to [email protected] with name, surname and contact details)  or refuses to receive the prize won, will lose the right to receive the prize. 

7.10. The prize will be delivered by e-mail, within a maximum of 60 days from the selection date, after  the Winners have been informed according to the procedure above. If the address provided to the  Organizer is not valid, it will lose the right to claim the prize.

7.11. The monetary value of any prize won in this Campaign cannot be given, respectively the prizes  offered in this Campaign cannot be changed. Also, if for any reason the UNTOLD Festival will no longer  take place in 2026, the Winner will not be entitled to the payment of the equivalent in lei of the value  of the invitations and prizes won, and their validity will not be extended for the following editions. 
 

Art. 8 – Responsibility and Obligations 

8.1. The Organizer does not assume responsibility and will not be named as a party to any kind of  litigation regarding the right of ownership of the benefits granted under the Campaign. 8.2. The organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of an attempt to defraud the  system, abuse or any other attempts that could affect the image of this Campaign. 8.3. The Organizer of the Campaign will have no liability and will not be able to be involved in any  litigation related to the possession or ownership of the Prize received, as well as regarding any  additional expenses incurred by the Participant in connection with this Campaign. 8.4. In the event of uncertainty related to the validity of the documents sent by the participants, in  order to register for this campaign, the organizer's decision is final. The organizer does not assume  responsibility for: 

a) No errors in the data provided by the participants; the lack of correctness of the contact data does  not attract the responsibility of the Organizer, being the exclusive responsibility of the Participants to  ensure that they have been mentioned correctly. 

b) Blocking of the Participant's e-mail address or any irregularity regarding it; c) Situations in which certain persons registered in the Campaign are unable to participate in the  Campaign or do not meet the conditions of the Campaign, if this inability or failure to meet the  conditions is due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control; 

d) Any disputes between Participants related to the rights to e-mail addresses. e) Impossibility of a Participant to benefit from the prize due to complete non-compliance with the  Campaign Regulations and/or due to the name and/or first name and/or erroneous data submitted. 8.5. These circumstances may be due to: erroneous, incomplete information, transmitted with interruptions, or transmitted with delay due to the Participants, failure / malfunction of the e-mail,  either in the case of the Organizer or in the case of the Participant, caused by technical problems and  / or heavy traffic on the web page. 

8.6. Participants expressly, unequivocally and definitively accept all decisions adopted by the  Organizer regarding the way of organizing and conducting the Campaign and the Prizes awarded, as  well as the subsequent calendar of the Campaign or other changes related to the implementation of  the Campaign. 

8.7. All disputes regarding the right of ownership of the prizes will not influence the principle  according to which the Contest Organizer will award the prizes to the persons who comply with the  provisions of these Official Regulations. From the moment the winner receives the prize, the Organizer  is released from any obligation towards the Participant. 

Art. 9 – Disputes and applicable law 

9.1. Any disputes arising between the Organizer, on the one hand, and any of the Participants, on the  other hand, will be resolved amicably or, if this way is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the  competent court in the city of Cluj -Napoca, from the Organizer's headquarters, in accordance with  common law. 

9.2. The applicable law is Romanian law. 

Art. 10 – Fees and taxes 

10.1. The organizer undertakes to withhold and remit the tax due for the income consisting of the  prizes awarded to the winners with Romanian citizenship in accordance with the provisions of art. 

110 paragraph (1) of the Fiscal Code approved by Law 227 of 2015, with subsequent amendments  and additions, any other obligations of any other nature, in relation to them, being the exclusive  responsibility of the winners. 
 

Art. 11 – Processing of personal data 

11.1. Who performs the processing? The personal data of the participants in the Campaign will be  processed by the Organizer in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular EU Regulation  2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on  the free movement of such data ("GDPR"). 

11.2. Categories of personal data processed within the Campaign: Name, surname, telephone number  and e-mail address. 

11.3. The purpose of the processing is strictly related to the conduct of the competition (organization  and conduct, designation and validation of winners, awarding of prizes, as well as the fulfillment of  fiscal and financial accounting obligations of the organizer). The data will thus be processed for  carrying out the campaign according to the mechanism described by the regulation (this representing  the "contract" between the organizer and the participants who voluntarily signed up) or for the  fulfillment of some legal obligations of the operator (e.g. the fulfillment of fiscal obligations). 

11.4. Legal basis of processing: 

a) Execution of the contract represented by the terms and conditions established by the Regulation  and considered accepted as a result of participation 

b) The legitimate interest of the operator in connection with the realization of contests/promoted  campaigns and for the defense of the rights and interests of the operator 

c) fulfilling the applicable legal requirements for the calculation, declaration and awarding of prizes We need personal data in order to participate in the contest and run the contest as far as the  participant is concerned. A possible refusal to provide personal data leads to the impossibility of  participating in the contest, in various phases in which such a refusal can intervene. 11.5. The period of storage of personal data is carried out according to the Untold Privacy Policy. 11.6 Since the communication of this campaign is carried out through the Facebook and Instagram  platforms, participants can consult the following pages to find out details about the processing of  personal data https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388 and https://www.facebook.com  /privacy/policy/. 

11.7. The participants have, in relation to the operator/his proxies, the rights conferred by law, namely  the right to information, the right to access data, the right to intervene on the data, the right to oppose  the collection and processing of personal data, the right not to be subject to a individual decisions and  the right to address the court and/or the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of  Personal Data. Art. 12 – Termination of the campaign 

12.1. This Campaign may end in the event of an event that constitutes force majeure, including in the  event of the Organizer's impossibility, for reasons independent of his will, to continue the Campaign. 12.2. Force majeure, agreed to be the unforeseeable and irremovable event, which occurred after the  entry into force of these Official Regulations and which prevents the party or parties from fulfilling  their contractual obligations, exempts the party invoking it from liability, for the duration of the  existence of the force majeure major. 

12.3. If a situation of force majeure, including the Organizer's impossibility for reasons beyond his  control, prevents or delays in whole or in part the execution of the Official Regulations and the  continuation of the Campaign, the Organizer will be exonerated from the responsibility regarding the  fulfillment of his obligations for the period in which this fulfillment will be prevented or delayed, according to art. 1082 and 1083 of the Civil Code. 12.4. In case of force majeure, the Organizer is  obliged to communicate its existence to the participants of the Campaign, within 5 (five) working days  from the occurrence of the case of force majeure. 
 

Art. 13 – Other Clauses 

13.1. The Organizer's decisions regarding the campaign are final and applicable to all Participants. 13.2. The prize not awarded will remain in the possession of the Organizer who can freely dispose of  them in the manner he considers necessary or suitable for his interests. 

13.3. The organizer is entitled to take all the necessary measures in case of an attempt to defraud the  system, abuse or any other attempts that could affect the image or the costs involved in the  organization and running of the Campaign.
