CHECK-IN ONLINE
You can Check-in Online your tickets by signing into your account and going to the My Wallet section. You can do your Online Check-in for free in the first 30 days after the purchase.The Check-in at the festival gates will cost 25 euros.
TOP-UP ONLINE
Top up your wristband online before the festival.
*Completing your check-in at the festival comes with an additional fee.
TOP UP ONLINE IN ADVANCE: Add money to your festival wallet before arriving at UNTOLD:
- Log in to your UNTOLD account
- Go to the MY BALANCE section
TOP UP DURING THE FESTIVAL: you can top up your wristband at any Credit Point inside the festival. Payment methods: Card or Cash. Your festival wristband is also your cashless wallet and can be used at all bars and merchants.

These locations are strictly available for attendees aged 18 and older holding General Access or VIP passes with online check-in completed.

Festival access, wristband pick-up and everything you need before entering.
If you already have your wristband, go directly to the festival access gates.
- GA & VIP: Central Park Simion Bărnuțiu, entrance from Opera Maghiară.
- VIP only: Aleea Stadionului
ACCESS HOURS: 16:00 - 05:00
❕Keep your wristband securely on your wrist throughout the festival.
If you don’t have your wristband yet, go first to the Wristband Pick-up Area in the park: 15:00 - 03:00, Central Park Simion Bărnuțiu, entrance from Opera Maghiară. After collecting your wristband, you can head to the festival access gates.
❕1-day wristbands can only be picked up on the day of your ticket.
Complete your online check-in before you arrive, it helps you: pick up your wristband faster, enable online top-up and avoid the on-site check-in fee.
DON’T LEAVE WITHOUT: your id, your festival ticket on your phone, your online check-in completed, the required documents if you are under 18.

Make sure you have all the documents required for your age category before arriving at the wristband pick-up area:
- UNDER 7 YEARS OLD
Free entry, accompanied by a legal guardian.
*It is mandatory for children under the age of 3 to wear noise killing headphones. Children over the age of 3 are advised to wear them, but it’s not mandatory.
- 7-14 YEARS OLD
Festival ticket required.
Must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Lockers
Festival goers can rent a locker on all festival days for a cost of 150 lei, or for one day of the festival for 50 lei.
They will also have to pay a guarantee on the key, worth 50 lei, which they will receive back when they return the key.
Schedule: Every day from 4:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Everything you need to know about payments at UNTOLD ONE:
Your wristband is your wallet:
- Use your festival wristband to pay at every bar and merchant inside the festival
- Your top-up is valid for the entire duration of the festival.
- You can top-up using any card issued by Mastercard, Visa or Amex, no matter the currency.
* All payments within the festival grounds are cashless and can only be made using your wristband
Top-up on your wristband:
- Top-up at any credit point available throughout the festival (Credit Points take both cash and card)
- You can also top-up online through your account on untold.com or directly in the UNTOLD App
- Any unused balance can be refunded
Topped-up online? Before using your online balance, you need to activate it at one of the available activation points

AVOID RUSH HOURS
Pick up your wristband early and spend less time waiting during the festival:
- NOT BUSY 16:00 - 18:00
- PEAK HOURS 18:00- 20:00
- VERY BUSY 20:00- 00:00
If you already have your wristband, go directly to the festival access gate for your ticket category, GA ACCESS/VIP ACCESS. Keep your wristband securely on your wrist throughout the festival.
If you don’t have your wristband yet, head to the Wristband Pick-up Area first. Bring: your valid ID, your festival ticket on your phone, your completed online check-in. Once you receive your wristband, you can continue to the festival access gates.

Public transport
- Additions: public transport lines serving the central area will be supplemented in certain time intervals.
- Night buses: night transport schedule will be extended until morning.
- Schedules: the bus schedules can be consulted on www.ctpcj.ro or on the Tranzy mobile app.
LOST & FOUND
Lost something during the festival? Visit one of the following points for assistance:
Outside festival: ticketing point at the entrance of the Central Park Simion Bărnuțiu
Inside the festival: help desk at the Cluj Arena
Found items are kept at the information points during the day and transferred at the end of each day to the Police Station located at the Casino in Central Park.
After the festival, lost items can be collected from the Police Station Section 4, Str. Bucium.
REFUND
Refund in two easy steps:
- RULE NO. 1
- If you topped up online, request your refund online or on-site.
You can request your remaining balance:
- ON-SITE at any Credit Point during the festival (daily hours 16:00-06:00)
- ONLINE through your UNTOLD account or the UNTOLD App ( from Thursday, 13 August - 12:00 to Thursday, 20 August - 12:00). Go to My Balance, select Refund and follow the instructions.
- RULE NO. 2
- If you topped up at the festival, request your refund on-site.
- During the festival, you can request your remaining balance at any Credit Point (daily hours: 16:00 - 06:00)
- After the festival: you can also request your remaining balance after the festival at the Ticketing Point located near the entrance from the Opera Maghiară (Monday, 10 August, 08:00 - 17:00)
WANT TO DONATE YOUR REMAINING BALANCE? You can donate your remaining balance:
- ON-SITE at any Credit Point during its operating hours.
- AFTER THE FESTIVAL at the Ticketing Point near the entrance from the Opera Maghiară: Monday, 10 August 08:00 - 17:00
