"UNTOLD ORDERS QUEST"
Art. 1 - Organizers and Official Rules of the Campaign
1.1 The "UNTOLD ORDERS QUEST" campaign is organized and carried out by UNTOLD PRODUCTION S.R.L., the Romanian legal entity based in mun. Cluj-Napoca, str. G-ral Eremia Grigorescu nr. 122A, county. Cluj, registered with the Trade Register attached to the Court of Cluj under no. J12/5129/2021, Unique European Identifier (EUID) ROONRC. J12/5129/2021, having CUI RO45114420.
1.2. The decision to conduct the Campaign according to the rules of these Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Official Regulations") is final and binding on the Participants.
1.3. Participants in the Campaign are obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Campaign Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Official Regulations").
1.4. The Official Rules are available free of charge to any interested person, at any time during the Campaign, by accessing the www.untold.com website, and it will be communicated on the official social media pages of the Organizer.
1.5. The Organizer reserves the right to complete and/or amend the Official Regulations, the completion and/or modification to be made public in the manner provided for in art. 1, para. (4).
Art. 2 – Legal basis
2.1. The campaign is organized in accordance with the provisions of the Government Ordinance no. 99/2000, regarding the marketing of products and services on the updated market and in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Art. 3 – Territory and duration of the Campaign
3.1. The Campaign is organized and runs from 12.05.2025 and ends on 17.05.2025 ("Campaign Period").
3.2. The Campaign will take place on the territory of Romania, through the website: www.untold.com, being also announced on the official Facebook and Instagram social media pages of the Organizing Company.
Art. 4 – Description of the campaign
4.1. Registration in the Campaign is done free of charge by individuals who follow the instructions provided in these Regulations, on the website and on the Instagram and/or Facebook page.
4.2. Participants must also agree to the terms and conditions of these Regulations.
Art. 5 - Right to participate
5.1. Only individuals who follow the instructions provided in these Regulations and communicated by the Organizer may register for participation in the Campaign.
5.2. The campaign is valid for persons who have reached the age of 18.
5.3. The following categories of persons may not participate in the Campaign:
a) employees of UNTOLD PRODUCTION S.R.L;
b) employees of any companies involved in carrying out any activities related to the organization and conduct of the Campaign;
c) relatives of the above-mentioned employees (i.e. children/parents, brothers/sisters, spouse) are not entitled to participate in the Campaign.
5.4. Entries that do not comply with the above conditions and the provisions of these Regulations will not be taken into account and will be eliminated.
5.5. Any error and/or omission regarding the personal data provided by the Participant to the Organizer does not entail the latter's liability, the accuracy of the contact details provided by the Participants being their sole responsibility.
5.6. Entries submitted under the following conditions will not be taken into account:
a) If they are submitted outside the registration period, according to Article 3 above;
b) If they were carried out through fraud attempts, or were carried out in breach of any of the conditions and terms of the Regulation;
c) They are not related to the nature and purpose of the Campaign, as detailed in these Regulations.
Art. 6 - Mechanism of the Campaign and Method of registration in the Campaign
6.1. In order to participate in this Campaign, participants must comply with the following mechanism:
a) The participant must have the right to participate according to the provisions of art. 5 above.
b) To follow the following steps:
Step 1. The user accesses the dedicated page on the www.untold.com website.
Step 2. The user fills in their contact details.
Step 3. The user fills in the answers to the questions.
Step 4. The user confirms that he is over 18 years old.
6.2. Based on the answers provided, a total of 600 (six hundred) winners will be designated, the first 100 winners who correctly answer the Kaufland question on Monday, the first 100 winners who correctly answer the VISA question on Tuesday, the first 100 winners who correctly answer the BT question on Wednesday, the first 100 winners who correctly answer the Absolut question on Thursday, the first 100 winners who answer the Pepsi question correctly on Friday, the first 100 winners who answer the Madri question on Saturday correctly.
Art. 7 - Prize and Awarding
7.1. The Organizer will name 600 (six hundred) winners, depending on the order of registration and the correct answer to the question of the day. Each partner offers 100 prizes, as follows:
- 100 tickets for the 4th day of the Festival (Sunday) for the first 100 winners who answer the Kaufland question correctly,
- 100 tickets for day 4 of the Festival (Sunday) for the first 100 winners who answer the VISA question correctly,
- 100 tickets for the 2nd day of the Festival (Friday) for the first 100 winners who answer the BT question correctly,
- 100 tickets for day 3 of the Festival (Saturday) for the first 100 winners who correctly answer the question Absolute,
- 100 tickets for Day 2 of the Festival (Friday) for the first 100 winners who answer the Pepsi question correctly,
- 100 tickets for Day 1 of the Festival (Thursday) for the first 100 winners who answer the Madrid question correctly.
7.2. In addition to the mentioned prizes, the Organizer's partners offer additional prizes to the winners:
- Kaufland offers 100 vouchers (1 voucher per winner) in the amount of 100 RON that can be used for purchases in Kaufland stores in Romania;
- Visa offers one drink (long drink)/winner from the range available for the campaign at the Retro stage of the festival. The winners will present themselves at the Info Point during the Festival where, based on their identity card, they will receive a card (proof of the prize) with which they can pick up the prize.
- Pepsi offers one product from the Pepsi range per winner, consisting of merchandise products or mugs. Winners will present themselves at the Pepsi activation area to receive the prize based on an identity document.
- Absolut offers one drink (long drink)/winner from the range available for the campaign at the Absolut activation area of the Festival. The winners will present themselves at the activation area with their identity card to pick up the prize.
- Madrid offers one drink (beer)/winner from the range available for the campaign at the Madrid activation area. The winners will present themselves at the activation area with their identity card to pick up the prize.
7.3. The participants who have met the criteria and have been designated winners will be announced on 26.05.2025.
7.4. The Organizer will announce only the winners of the campaign, the other participants will not be contacted.
7.5. The Organizer will contact the winners by e-mail/phone in order to request the information necessary for the transmission of the prize.
7.6. The estimated value of the prizes is 30000 EUR, a value to which a discount applies to the Organizer.
7.7. Participants in the Campaign are not subject to any additional direct or indirect expenses.
7.8. No other prize may be changed or offered in this Campaign.
7.9. If the winner cannot be contacted for reasons beyond the fault of the Organizer or is contacted, but does not provide the requested details within 3 days in order to be able to send the prize (i.e. send an e-mail to [email protected] address with the name, surname and contact details) or refuses to receive the won prize, will lose the right to receive the prize.
7.10. The prize will be delivered by email, within a maximum of 60 days from the date of selection, after the Winners have been informed in accordance with the above procedure. If the address provided to the Organizer is not valid, it will lose the right to claim the prize.
7.11. The cash value of any prize won within this Campaign cannot be awarded, nor can the prizes offered within this Campaign be changed. Also, if for any reason the UNTOLD Festival will no longer take place in 2025, the Winner will not be entitled to the payment of the equivalent in lei of the value of the invitations and prizes won and their validity is not extended for the following editions.
Art. 8 – Responsibility and Obligations
8.1. The Organizer does not assume responsibility and will not be named as a party to any dispute regarding the ownership of the benefits granted within the Campaign.
8.2. The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempted fraud of the system, abuse or any other attempts that could affect the image of this Campaign.
8.3. The Campaign Organizer shall have no liability and shall not be involved in any dispute related to the ownership or ownership of the Prize received, as well as in relation to any additional expenses incurred by the Participant in connection with this Campaign.
8.4. In the event of uncertainty regarding the validity of the documents sent by the participants, in order to register for this campaign, the organizer's decision is final. The organizer does not assume responsibility for:
a) No errors in the data provided by the participants; the lack of correctness of the contact details does not entail the responsibility of the Organizer, it being the sole responsibility of the Participants to ensure that they have been mentioned correctly.
b) Blocking the Participant's e-mail address or any irregularity regarding it;
c) Situations in which certain persons registered in the Campaign are unable to participate in the Campaign or do not meet the conditions of the Campaign, if this inability or non-fulfillment of the conditions is due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer;
d) Any disputes between Participants related to the rights to e-mail addresses.
e) The impossibility of a Participant to benefit from the prize due to non-compliance in full with the Campaign Regulations and or due to the name and/or surname and/or erroneous data transmitted.
8.5. These circumstances may be due to: erroneous, incomplete, interrupted or delayed information due to the Participants, non-functioning / malfunction of the e-mail, either in the case of the Organizer or in the case of the Participant, caused by technical problems and/or heavy traffic on the website.
8.6. The Participants expressly, unequivocally and definitively accept all decisions taken by the Organizer regarding the manner of organizing and conducting the Campaign and the Prizes awarded, as well as the subsequent calendar of the Campaign or other changes related to the implementation of the Campaign.
8.7. All disputes regarding the right of ownership of the prizes will not influence the principle according to which the Contest Organizer will award the prizes to persons who comply with the provisions of these Official Rules. From the moment the winner receives the prize, the Organizer is released from any obligation towards the Participant.
Art. 9 - Disputes and applicable law
9.1. Any disputes arising between the Organizer, on the one hand, and any of the Participants, on the other hand, will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent court in the municipality of Cluj-Napoca, at the headquarters of the Organizer, in accordance with the common law.
9.2. The applicable law is Romanian law.
Art. 10 – Fees and Taxes
10.1. The Organizer undertakes to withhold and transfer the tax due for the income consisting of the prizes awarded to the winners with Romanian citizenship in accordance with the provisions of art. 110 paragraph (1) of the Fiscal Code approved by Law 227 of 2015, with subsequent amendments and completions, any other obligations of any other nature, in connection with them, being the exclusive responsibility of the winners.
Art. 11. – Processing of personal data
11.1. Who performs the processing? The personal data of the participants in the Campaign will be processed by the Organizer in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR").
11.2. Categories of personal data processed within the Campaign: Name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address.
11.3. The purpose of the processing is strictly related to the conduct of the contest (organization and conduct, designation and validation of the winners, awarding of prizes, as well as the fulfillment of the fiscal and financial-accounting obligations of the organizer). The data will thus be processed for the conduct of the campaign according to the mechanism described by the regulation (this being the "contract" between the organizer and the participants who have voluntarily registered) or for the fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the operator (e.g. the fulfillment of tax obligations).
11.4. Legal basis for processing:
a) Execution of the contract represented by the terms and conditions established by the Regulation and considered accepted as a result of the participation
b) the legitimate interest of the operator in connection with the realization of contests/promoted campaigns and for the defense of the rights and interests of the operator
c) fulfilling the applicable legal requirements for the calculation, declaration and awarding of prizes
Personal data is necessary for us in order to participate in the contest and to conduct the contest as far as the participant is concerned. A possible refusal to provide personal data makes it impossible to participate in the competition, in various phases in which such a refusal may occur.
11.5. The period of storage of personal data is carried out according to the Untold Privacy Policy.

11.7. The participants have, in relation to the controller/its representatives, the rights conferred by law, namely the right to information, the right of access to data, the right to intervene on the data, the right to oppose the collection and processing of personal data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to address the courts and/or the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing. Art. 12 – Termination of the campaign
12.1. This Campaign may terminate in the event of an event that constitutes force majeure, including in the event of the Organizer's impossibility, for reasons beyond its control, to continue the Campaign.
12.2. Force majeure, agreed as the unforeseeable and unavoidable event, occurring after the entry into force of these Official Regulations and which prevents the party or parties from fulfilling their contractual obligations, exonerates the party invoking it, during the existence of the force majeure event.
12.3. If a situation of force majeure, including the impossibility of the Organizer for reasons beyond its control, prevents or delays totally or partially the execution of the Official Regulations and the continuation of the Campaign, the Organizer will be exonerated from liability for the fulfillment of its obligations for the period in which this fulfillment will be prevented or delayed, according to art. 1082 and 1083 of the Civil Code. 12.4. In case of invoking force majeure, the Organizer is obliged to communicate its existence to the participants in the Campaign, within 5 (five) working days from the occurrence of the force majeure case.
Art. 13 - Other Clauses
13.1. The Organizer's decisions regarding the campaign are final and applicable to all Participants.
13.2. The prize not awarded will remain in the possession of the Organizer, who may freely dispose of them in the manner he deems necessary or appropriate to his interests.
13.3. The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempted fraud of the system, abuse or any other attempts that could affect the image or costs involved in the organization and conduct of the Campaign.
