Pre-Festival Wristband Pickup

Get ready for the festival and save time at entry by picking up your wristband in advance! To ensure a smooth and quick pickup process, make sure you have completed your online check-in and bring a valid original ID with you. Check out all the available pickup locations in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca below, along with operating hours and key requirements based on age or ticket type.
 

GENERAL RULES & KEY GUIDELINES
 

• Eligible Passes: Wristband pickup is available for General Access (GA) and VIP passes only.
• Valid Ticket Required: You must hold a valid pass.
• Online Check-In: Wristbands will only be issued for passes with an active online check-in.
• Original ID: You must present a valid, original ID (ID card or passport).
• Personal Pickup Only: You cannot pick up a wristband on behalf of someone else.
• Wristband Fitting: Wristbands will be attached directly to your wrist upon collection.
• Day Passes: Wristbands for single-day tickets can only be collected on the specific day of validity.

These locations are strictly available for attendees aged 18 and older holding General Access or VIP passes with online check-in completed.

• Open to both adults (18+) and minors holding GA or VIP passes with online check-in completed.

  • August 6 – 9: 15:00 – 03:00
     

UNDER 18 GUIDELINES (MINORS)

To pick up a wristband and access the festival site, all minors aged 7 to 18 must present a completed and signed Parental Consent Form ("Declarația de angajament") by a parent or legal guardian.

• You can download the Parental Consent Form here.
• The form must be submitted physically when collecting the wristband.
• Without this signed form, the wristband will not be issued, and access to the festival area will be denied, regardless of whether an accompanying adult is present.
   

Specific Requirements by Age Group:

• Minors aged 7 to 14:
  • Entry requires a valid ticket and a Parental Consent Form signed by a parent/legal guardian.
  • Wristband pickup and festival entry are permitted strictly accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
     
• Minors aged 14 to 16:
  • Entry requires a valid ticket, a valid original ID, and a Parental Consent Form signed by a parent/legal guardian.
  • Wristband pickup and festival entry are permitted strictly accompanied by a parent/legal guardian OR an accompanying adult.
     
• Minors aged 16 to 18:
  • Entry requires a valid ticket, a valid original ID, and a Parental Consent Form signed by a parent/legal guardian.
