Access of Minors by Age Group

Minors under the age of 7

a) Admission to the Festival for minors under the age of 7 is free of charge.

b) Admission is permitted only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

c) The Organizer recommends that minors under the age of 7 remain within the Festival Area no later than 7:00 p.m.

Minors aged 7 to 14

a) Admission for minors aged 7 to 14 is permitted only upon presentation of a valid Ticket and a completed and signed Commitment statement, in accordance with these Regulations.

b) Admission is permitted only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

One parent or legal guardian may accompany only one minor under the age of 14.

Minors aged 14 to 16

a) Admission for minors aged 14 to 16 is permitted only upon presentation of a valid Ticket, a valid identity document, a completed and signed Commitment statement in accordance with these Regulations, and when accompanied by an adult.

Minors aged 16 to 18

Admission for minors aged 16 to 18 is permitted only upon presentation of a valid Ticket, a valid identity document, and a completed and signed Commitment statement in accordance with these Regulations.

Commitment statement

For the admission of minors aged 7 to 18, it is mandatory for a parent or legal guardian to complete and sign the Commitment statement, available on the Organizer's website at untold.com. The Commitment statement must be submitted when collecting the access wristband. If the Commitment statement is not submitted, the access wristband will not be issued, and the minor will be denied entry to the Festival Area, regardless of whether or not they are accompanied.

The person completing and signing the Commitment statement is required to provide valid contact details at which they can be reached in the event of an emergency throughout the duration of the Festival.

The Organizer reserves the right to request, at any time, additional documents for the purpose of verifying the identity and age of the minor, as well as the status of the person accompanying the minor or assuming responsibility for them.

The Organizer assumes no responsibility regarding the verification of signatures, respectively the manner of signing the Commitment statement, these aspects remaining the responsibility/obligation of the persons submitting the Commitment statement.

In some areas of the Festival, access to minors under 18 is strictly prohibited (for example: VIP area).
