Bitget x UNTOLD Festival Campaign - Terms of Service

1. Organizers
This campaign ("Campaign") is organized by UNTOLD Festival ("Organizer 1"), in partnership with Bitget, a global cryptocurrency exchange platform ("Organizer 2"), and its Web3 technology partner, Rhuna.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is greater.
2.2. Participants must successfully complete the tasks outlined in the campaign landing page.
2.3. Users from countries or regions where cryptocurrency-related promotions are prohibited are not eligible to participate. Bitget's restricted list includes, but is not limited to: Canada (Alberta), United States, Crimea, Cuba, Hong Kong, Iran, North Korea, Singapore, Sudan, Syria, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Lebanon, Somalia, South Sudan, and other territories sanctioned by applicable law.
3. How to Enter
To participate in the Campaign, users must complete the following mandatory step:
- Download the Bitget app, create a Bitget account, and complete identity verification (KYC).
In addition to the required step, users may complete the following optional tasks to become eligible for additional rewards:
- Join Rhuna's Telegram community.
- Create social media content about the Bitget x UNTOLD partnership on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube.
- Post a selfie from the Bitget booth at UNTOLD Festival on any social platform.
Each action unlocks eligibility for specific prize tiers as outlined on the official campaign page.
4. Prizes and Distribution
4.1. The total prize pool includes:
- J$10,000 in USDT/USDC stablecoins to be distributed to 1,000 winners via random draw.
- 10 Labubu collectibles (only eligible for winners residing in the European Union).
- 1 VIP experience to UNTOLD Dubai for two, including 5-star hotel, airport transfer, and $800 on wristbands.
4.2. Winners of the Labubu collectibles and VIP trip will be selected through a random draw. For each of these categories, three sets of winners will be drawn. If the first selected winner(s) cannot accept the prize (due to eligibility, shipping restrictions, or inability to travel), the prize will be offered to the second set, and if needed, to the third set.
4.3. If after three rounds of selection no eligible or willing winner claims the prize, it will be forfeited and not redistributed.
4.4. No cash equivalents or substitutions will be provided for unclaimed physical or experiential prizes. Prizes are non-transferable.
4.5. Stablecoin rewards will be credited to the winner's verified Bitget account within 30 business days following the conclusion of the Campaign. Bitget is not responsible for any delays caused by account issues, inaccurate information, or external wallet errors.
4.6. Labubu prizes will be shipped only within EU member states. Winners outside of this region will not be eligible for shipping.
4.7. Winners of the VIP Dubai trip may be required to accept additional terms and conditions, sign waivers or documentation, and be responsible for any applicable local taxes or reporting requirements.
5. Costs and Disclosures
Participation in this Campaign is entirely free. Users are not required to deposit, trade, or spend any money on the Bitget platform to be eligible for rewards.
6. Content Usage Rights
By participating, users grant UNTOLD, Bitget, and Rhuna a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, and display user-generated content (UGC), including but not limited to selfies, videos, social media posts, and any content created as part of this Campaign, for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes, without additional compensation or approval.
7. Disqualification and Fraud Prevention
UNTOLD reserves the right to disqualify any participant or revoke any prize if:
- False, inaccurate, or misleading information was submitted;
- Multiple accounts or other manipulative techniques are detected;
- Any abuse of platform rules or campaign mechanics is identified;
- The user engages in illegal, offensive, or harmful behavior;
- There is evidence of bot activity or automated entries.
All decisions made by UNTOLD regarding disqualification are final and binding.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. UNTOLD, Bitget, and Rhuna are not liable for:
- Incomplete or lost entries due to technical malfunctions;
- Errors or delays in platform operations;
- Inability to claim or use prizes due to travel restrictions, local laws, or force majeure;
- Taxes, fees, or other financial liabilities resulting from rewards.
8.2. Winners are solely responsible for any legal, fiscal, or governmental implications associated with receiving prizes.
9. Data Privacy
Personal data collected for the purpose of this Campaign will be handled according to Bitget's and UNTOLD's respective Privacy Policies. Data will be used strictly for identity verification, prize delivery, and campaign communication.
10. Amendments and Cancellation
UNTOLD reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign or these Terms at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organizers' control.
In the event of termination, no additional compensation will be provided.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
