Please take into consideration that:

This form is intended for participants who attended the Untold Dubai Festival and still have remaining funds on their wristbands.
Please complete the form between 19.02.2024 and 23.02.2024. Submissions outside this timeframe will not be considered.
The refund request form will be processed within 15 working days after completion and submission. However, the Organizer is not accountable for the processing and fund transmission time carried out by the bank.
